Description

Portineria AI Concierge Dashboard is a specialized management hub for AI-driven hotel concierge services. It allows hotel staff to deploy and manage virtual assistants that handle guest requests around the clock, providing 24/7 customer service without requiring constant human intervention.

The system features AI Assistant Customization, where staff can define the specific 'Identity' and 'Personality' of their AI concierge (e.g., Alex, a warm and professional virtual concierge). This personalization ensures that the AI assistant matches the hotel's brand and provides a consistent guest experience. The AI is trained to handle requests for specific hotel amenities like extra towels, pillows, toiletries, or beverage refills, streamlining the request fulfillment process.

The platform includes Knowledge Base Management, where hotels can upload PDF or text documents containing their specific policies and information. The AI uses this knowledge base to provide accurate answers to guest questions, ensuring that responses are aligned with the hotel's actual services and procedures. This feature is crucial for maintaining consistency and accuracy in guest interactions.

Multichannel Communication is a key feature, including real-time call monitoring and a WhatsApp integration. This allows guests to interact with the concierge via voice or text, providing flexibility in how guests prefer to communicate. The system provides an Analytics Dashboard to track call statistics, success rates, and performance metrics, enabling hotel staff to monitor service quality and make data-driven improvements.

The project was built using Next.js for a responsive, modern administrative interface. It utilizes Retell AI for conversational voice processing and Large Language Model (LLM) management, enabling natural and intelligent conversations with guests. The backend and database are powered by Supabase, providing secure user authentication, organization-based access control, and reliable data storage. The system integrates with the Twilio WhatsApp Business API to facilitate text-based guest interactions, ensuring seamless communication across multiple channels.
